The Black Council of Windsor-Essex welcomes any Black organization or Black individual within the Windsor-Essex region. Please complete this form in order to apply for membership within the Council.

We support the work of advancing our community with our financial investment and ask all of our members to do the same. In support of this goal, Full Members pay $60 Membership Dues. This can be paid by Interac e-transfer to blackcouncilofwindsoressex@gmail.com or mail a cheque to 973 Elsmere Avenue, Windsor, ON. In the notes section of the e-transfer, please include your full legal name and "member dues."

Please note that Council meetings normally occur biweekly on Wednesdays from 7:00 - 9:00 PM. This may change, at the membership's discretion. We recognize everyone is very busy but a certain level of commitment is expected of full members. Excessive absences, without prior notification, may impact membership status, as defined within TBCWE's policies.
